Astroquartz® is a high-purity silica fiber woven into broadband-transparent, thermally stable reinforcement fabric. It is the standard for radomes, missile components, and high-frequency electronic substrates where the laws of physics leave no margin.
JPS produces Astroquartz® in a range of plain, crowfoot, and satin weaves with finish chemistries tuned for cyanate ester, polyimide, BT, and epoxy systems.
